Listing Application
An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 4,397,622 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each to be admitted to the Official List and for trading on the Main Market for listed securities.
These shares are being issued as deferred consideration for the acquisition of the Tarsus Group of Companies as announced on 9 March 2023.
It is expected that admission will be granted on 20 May 2024. When issued, the shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
