Listing Application

Application been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 71,437 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the Main Market for listed securities.

These shares are being issued in part consideration for the previously announced acquisition of TM Events S.à r.l., parent company of the Top Marques brand.

It is expected that admission will be granted on 7 February 2025. When issued, the shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
