Listing Application
Application been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 25,957,663 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the Main Market for listed securities.
These shares are being issued in part consideration for the acquisition of Tiger Acquisitions (Jersey) Limited and its Group of Companies (Tarsus) as announced on 9 March 2023.
It is expected that admission will be granted on 14 April 2023. When issued, the shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
