Indivior PLC (the "Company") - Directorate Change

Slough, UK, October 3, 2016 - Indivior PLC (LON: INDV) announces that Rupert Bondy, Senior Independent Director, stepped down from the Board with effect from September 30, 2016.

The Board confirms that Daniel Tassé has been appointed Senior Independent Director and a member of the Nomination & Governance Committee; he has stepped down from the Remuneration Committee. In addition, Lorna Parker has been appointed Chair of the Nomination & Governance Committee and Lizabeth Zlatkus has been appointed a member of the Remuneration Committee. These changes are effective immediately.

The Board will commence a search process for the appointment of a new Non-Executive Director.
