Interim Dividend - Pounds Sterling Amounts Payable

On 6 August 2019, the Board of IHG announced an Interim Dividend of 39.9 cents per ADR and that the corresponding amount in Pence Sterling per ordinary share would be announced on 18 September 2019.

The Pound Sterling amounts payable in respect of the Interim Dividend has been determined with reference to the average of the market exchange rates on the three working days commencing 13 September 2019, using the WM/Reuters closing midpoint spot rate as at 4:00pm (London time), resulting in an applicable exchange rate of £1 :US$1.2453.

Accordingly, the Pounds Sterling amount payable to Shareholders in relation to the Interim Dividend will be 32.0 pence per ordinary share.
