EBT Share Purchase
Further to the announcement made on 13 December 2023, the Company was notified that APEX Financial Services (Trust Company) Limited, the trustee of the IG Design Group Plc Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), had purchased 341,368 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 139.8p per Ordinary Share on 09 February 2024. These Ordinary Shares are to be held in the EBT and are intended to be used to satisfy the exercise of share options by employees. The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of the Company's employees, including the Directors of the Company. The purchase of Ordinary Shares by the EBT has been funded by a loan provided by the Company from its existing financing facilities.
Following this transaction, a total of 3,027,576 Ordinary Shares are held by the EBT, representing approximately 3.08 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
