Director Shareholdings

The Company has been informed that on 4th September 2015 the wife of John Charlton, Chairman, sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 150.4 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above, Mr Charlton's beneficial and non-beneficial shareholding is 657,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.1 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
