Board Change
International Greetings PLC, one of the world's leading designers, innovators and manufacturers of gift wrap, crackers, cards, stationery and accessories, announces that Chris Howell is to step down from his role as non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 31st March 2012.
The recruiting process for a replacement non-executive Director is underway and an appointment will be announced in due course.
John Charlton, Chairman said:
