International Greetings PLC (the 'Company') announces that it has applied for the admissionΒ to AIM ('Admission') of 3,642,268Β new ordinary shares of 5p in the capital of the Company. The new ordinary shares have been issuedΒ in settlement of deferred consideration payable in respect of the acquisition of Glitterwrap, Inc.

Of these new shares, 2,242,268 ordinary shares have beenΒ placed by Arden Partners, the Company's NomadΒ andΒ Broker, with a range of institutional and other investors.

Admission is expected to become effective on or around 29Β September 2009.
