International Greetings PLC (the 'Company') announces that it has applied for the admission to AIM ('Admission') of 3,642,268 new ordinary shares of 5p in the capital of the Company. The new ordinary shares have been issued in settlement of deferred consideration payable in respect of the acquisition of Glitterwrap, Inc.

Of these new shares, 2,242,268 ordinary shares have been placed by Arden Partners, the Company's Nomad and Broker, with a range of institutional and other investors.

Admission is expected to become effective on or around 29 September 2009.
