TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

An incorrect total number of Ordinary Shares carrying voting rights was disclosed in the Total Voting Rights announcement released at 14:00 on 1 July 2025 under RNS number 2286P. As such, the following amendment has been made: 

Correction to the total number of Ordinary Shares carrying voting rights

All other details remain unchanged.

The full amended text is shown below. 

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's issued share capital as at 30 June 2025 consisted of 361,557,868 Ordinary Shares of 0.005p each, of which 13,102,237 were held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares carrying voting rights was 348,455,631.

The above figure 348,455,631 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
