The Company has been notified that, following an administrative error by a third party, an incorrect price was used to purchase shares under the IG Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) for Joseph Kinahan. As such, the following amendment has been made to the Notification of Director and PDMRs' Interests announcement released at 3.02 pm on 2 December 2022 under RNS Number 4907I:
Correction to the number of shares, the price per share and aggregate price
