Board Changes
IFG is pleased to announce that Mr Peter Priestley has been co-opted as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective immediately.
This appointment follows the Completion of the acquisition of James Hay Holdings Limited and the associated Placing and Open Offer of New Ordinary Shares, including in particular, the investment by Fiordland Investment Limited Partnership ('Fiordland') as a long term strategic investor in IFG. Fiordland now holds 17.50% of the issued share capital of IFG and Mr Priestley is their appointed representative.
IFG also announces that Mr Donal Lynch, an Executive Director and Company Secretary, has resigned as a Director of IFG, effective immediately. He will continue in his role as Company Secretary.
