Invista European Real Estate Trust SICAF ('IERET' or the 'Company')

Interim Preference Share Dividend

The Directors of Invista European Real Estate Trust SICAF are pleased to declare the Interim dividend (fifth semi-annual Preference Share dividend), in respect of the period from 24 December 2011 to the payment date of 22 June 2012.

This interim dividend of £0.04488 per Preference Share will be paid on 22 June 2012 to Preference Shareholders on the Register on Friday 1 June 2012. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on Wednesday 30 May 2012.
