Interim Preference Share Dividend

The Directors of Invista European Real Estate Trust SICAF are pleased to declare the Interim dividend (first semi annual Preference Share dividend), in respect of the period from 30 December 2009 to the payment date of 28 May 2010.

This interim dividend of £ 0.03699 per Preference Share will be paid on 28 May 2010 to Preference Shareholders on the Register on 7 May 2010. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 5 May 2010.
