Invista European Real Estate Trust SICAF (the "Company") was notified on 09 July 2008 that on 7 July 2008 Mr T Chandos, a director of the Company, bought 40,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.035%, in the Company at a price of 81.39 pence per share on the London Stock Exchange. Following the transaction, Mr T Chandos has an interest of 60,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.0525% of the voting rights and of the ordinary share capital of the Company, all of which are held beneficially.
