Exercise of Options and Movement of Treasury Shares

Idox plc (the "Company") announces that on 22 July 2016 it transferred 19,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") out of treasury to satisfy the exercise of options granted to an employee under the terms of the Company's EMI Scheme.

Following the transfer, the Company's total issued share capital is unchanged at 362,107,301 Ordinary Shares and the Company now holds 3,011,219 Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue excluding shares held in treasury is 359,096,082.

The above figure of 359,096,082 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
