Close of Accelerated Bookbuild
Idox plc (AIM: IDOX), a leading supplier of specialist information management solutions and services, announces that, further to the announcement made earlier today entitled "Acquisition and Placing" (the "ABB Announcement"), the bookbuild in connection with the Placing has been successful and has now closed.
The Company will shortly announce the full details of the proposed Placing including the final number of shares to be issued pursuant to the Placing, which remains subject to the passing of the Resolution by Shareholders. As previously indicated, a circular will be posted shortly giving Shareholders details of the Placing and giving notice of the General Meeting.
Capitalised terms in this announcement shall have the same meaning as in the ABB Announcement.
