Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights
Ideagen PLC (AIM: IDEA), a leading supplier of Information Management Software to highly regulated industries, announces that it has issued and allotted 1,500,000 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of share options by a Director and two PDMRs.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 1,500,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 14th October 2016.
Director/PDMR dealings
Following the Exercise, and on the same day, the Director/PDMRs subsequently sold a total of 750,000 of these new Ordinary Shares, each at a price of 53 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Sale"), principally to fund the income tax and national insurance liabilities arising on the Exercise, as set out below.

Total voting rights
After Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 181,504,428 and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 181,504,428. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
