Trading Update
IBEX Global Solutions plc (AIM: IBEX), a leading provider of contact centre services and other business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, is pleased to provide the following update on trading ahead of its annual results for the year ended 30 June 2015, which it expects to release on 29 September 2015.
Strong progress continues, with the Group achieving increasing revenue and profitability in the period. Important new contracts have been signed with clients in new and existing verticals and revenues have grown within the existing customer base.
IBEX's expertise in supporting the insurance and transportation services industries has been expanded where major contracts have been signed. Additionally, IBEX's service offering has also been strengthened with the establishment of new sites in the US to meet increased demand from both new and existing customers, as well as to provide bi-lingual services for the growing Hispanic market in the US. IBEX has also expanded its existing footprint in the Philippines to allow for future growth.
In April, Bob Dechant joined as the new Chief Executive Officer, and the leadership team was strengthened further with the recent appointments of Gilbert Santa Maria as Chief Operating Officer and Eric Owen as Executive Vice President of Client Services. The leadership team remains committed to the core strategy of maintaining operational performance levels across all markets, deepening client relationships and expanding IBEX's expertise in all areas of the Company's operations.
IBEX continues to exploit a strong pipeline of exciting future opportunities and growth prospects. The Board expects that results for the year ended 30 June 2015 will be in line with market expectations.
