ITE Group plc-Voting Rights and Capital

ITE Group plc announces that, for the purposes of the provisions of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 1 pence each of ITE Group plc in issue as at the date of this notice is 249,372,524 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

There are no shares held in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in ITE Group plc is therefore 249,372,524.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, ITE Group plc, under the Disclosures and Transparency Rules.
