ITE Group plc, the international exhibitions group specialising in emerging and developing markets, today announces that Neil Jones has informed the Board of his intention to resign from his position of Chief Financial Officer. Neil will be joining Huntsworth plc as Chief Financial Officer in February 2016.
Neil will remain at ITE Group plc until 31 January 2016 in order to close the current financial year end, and to ensure a smooth handover. The Board has commenced a search for his successor and a further announcement in relation to a new Chief Financial Officer will be made in due course as appropriate.
Marco Sodi, ITE's Chairman, said:
