Block Listing
ITE announces that it has applied to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for block listing of 400,000 ordinary shares of 1pence each pursuant to ITE Group plc Key Contractors' Performance Share Plan.
It is expected that admission of these shares will become effective and dealings commence on 16 January 2015.
