Total Voting Rights
The following information is released in accordance with DTR 5.6:
The Company's issued share capital now consists of 598,596,320 ordinary shares of 1p each. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in all circumstances at general meetings of the Company. None of these ordinary shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 598,596,320.
The above figure of 598,596,320 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Coalfield Resources under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
