Block Listing Application

Harworth Group plc (the "Company") announces that applications have been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 410,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") to be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List maintained by the UK Listing Authority and for admission to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, respectively.

The Shares will be allotted and issued to satisfy: (i) the grant of awards under the Harworth 2019 Share Incentive Plan and (ii) the vesting of awards under the Harworth Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan. 

The Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that admission will take place at 8am on 16 September 2019.
