ADDITIONAL LISTING
Further to the announcement on 26 April 2016 in relation to the passing of the necessary resolution to effect the Share Consolidation at Harworth Group plc's (the "Company") Annual General Meeting, the Company announces that application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and to the London Stock Exchange plc for three ordinary shares of 1.0 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to be admitted to the Standard Segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. Such Ordinary Shares have been issued to facilitate the Share Consolidation, so that the Company's issued ordinary share capital is exactly divisible by 10. Admission is expected to be effective and trading will commence in these three new Ordinary Shares on 29 April 2016.
