TRANSFER OF TREASURY SHARES
The Company has been advised that on 10 May 2024 the following ordinary shares were transferred from Treasury for the purposes of employees' share scheme allotments:
§ 1,490 ordinary shares at 10 pence per share
Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company's issued capital consisted of 553,591,720 ordinary shares of 10 pence each of which 4,079,337 ordinary shares were held in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of shares with full voting rights in the Company at the above date was 549,512,383 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
