Harvey Nash Group plc ("the Company") 

Voting Rights and Capital 

In conformity with Section 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of the following: 

The Company's issued capital consists of  73,435,393 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights. Currently there are no shares held in Treasury. 

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Harvey Nash Group plc is 73,435,393. 

The above figure (73,435,393) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Harvey Nash Group plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
