Director's Shareholding

The Company was notified on 20 December 2011 that following a number of share sales totalling 27,405 shares, in his capacity as Trustee, Richard Hunting's interest in the Hunting Family Trusts has reduced to 1,105,339 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.76% of the share capital. The average sale price of these shares was 653 pence.

Mr Hunting's beneficial holding remains at 743,306 Ordinary shares representing 0.51% of the share capital.

Following this transaction, Mr Hunting has voting rights over 1,848,645 Ordinary shares representing 1.26% of the share capital in the Company.
