Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company announces that on 13 August 2018, the proceeds of the June 2018 dividend were reinvested by the Nominee shareholder on behalf of Mr Colin Keogh resulting in a purchase of 58 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company at a price of £16.857 per share.
The Company previously announced that Mr Richard Watson exercised and sold 87,000 options pursuant to the Performance Share Plan on 31 May 2018 at a price of £15.057175 per share. This transaction was incorrectly announced as an exercise and sale and should have been announced as a sale of 87,000 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company on 31 May 2018 at a price of £15.057175 per share.
The above transactions were executed in GBP.
The notification made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU 596/2014) are set out below.
