Hornby Plc, the international models and collectibles group, confirms that the Notice of Annual General Meeting and proxy voting form have been sent to shareholders today along with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2018. Hornby's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10am on Wednesday 26 September 2018 at the offices of Taylor Wessing, 5 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3TW.
