Director Declaration

Hermes Pacific Investments Plc (AIM: HPAC) has been notified that Haresh Kanabar, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, that International Mining & Infrastructure Corporation PLC, a company of which he is a Director, entered into administration on 26 April 2018 and then it was moved to compulsory liquidation on 3 March 2021. The liquidation is still ongoing.

This announcement is made in accordance with AIM Rule 17 and Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
