Halfords Group plc - Total Voting Rights
In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like to notify the market of the following:
During November the Company purchased, for cancellation, 1,161,504 shares, therefore as at 30 November 2011, the Company's issued share capital consists of 201,650,778 Ordinary 1p shares, with voting rights attached of one vote per Ordinary share. On this date the Company did not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 201,650,778.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
