Block Listing of Shares

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 6,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in Halfords Group plc. These shares are being allotted to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon allotment pursuant to the Company's obligations under the Halfords Company Share Option Scheme (4,000,000 shares) and the Halfords Company Sharesave Scheme (2,000,000 shares). The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
