Headlam Group plc ("Headlam") - Director's Shareholding

Headlam received notification on 15 March 2011 that on 14 March 2011 Andrew Eastgate and Mike O'Leary, both non executive directors of the company, each respectively purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 5p, each at a price of 307.60 pence per share.

Following the above transaction, Andrew Eastgate and Mike O'Leary now each hold 1,000 ordinary shares representing 0.00001 per cent of the issued share capital of the company.
