In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2), Headlam announces that Alison Littley, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chair designate of the Remuneration Committee of Norcros plc, a market leading supplier of high quality and innovative bathroom and kitchen products.
