Executive change Hibernia REIT plc ("Hibernia" or the "Company") announces that Richard Ball is to leave the Company to pursue another opportunity and will step down as Chief Investment Officer at the end of March 2019.Edwina Governey, who is currently Senior Investment Manager, will be appointed as interim Chief Investment Officer, subject to approval by the Central Bank of Ireland. The Company has commenced a process to appoint a permanent replacement. Kevin Nowlan, Chief Executive Officer, said:
"Richard has made a significant contribution since joining Hibernia at the time of its IPO in December 2013. He leaves with our thanks and best wishes."
