Following the announcement on 16 March 2022 of its full year results for the year ended 31 December 2021 (RNS: 9482E), the Company announces that it has published the 2021 Annual Report and Accounts ("2021 Annual Report") on the Company's website: https://www.tggplc.com/.
The 2021 Annual Report has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
