The Company announces that on 5 December 2019, Geoff Miller, Non-Executive Chairman of Globalworth, disposed of 11,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of €9.10 per ordinary share. Following the above transaction, Mr. Miller holds a beneficial interest in 10,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.0045 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
