Total Voting Rights
In accordance with Chapter 5 (Vote Holder and Issuer Notification Rules) of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the "DTRs"), GVC makes the following declaration to the market:
As at 31 May 2018 GVC had a total of 578,017,139 ordinary shares of €0.01 nominal value each issued and admitted to trading. Each share carries the right to one vote. The total voting rights figure of 578,017,139 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, GVC under the DTRs.
