Directors Dealing
Getech (AIM: GTC), a world-leading locator of subsurface resources, has received notification that Christopher Jepps, Chief Operating Officer, purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"); and Andrew Darbyshire, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 90,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.25p per share on 07 February 2024.
Following this transaction Christopher Jepps' total beneficial interest in the Company is 974,178 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.44% of the Company's issued share capital; and Andrew Darbyshire's total beneficial interest in the Company is 90,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.13% of the Company's issued share capital.
