POSTING OF CIRCULAR
Draper Esprit (dual listed, AIM: GROW, Euronext Growth: GRW), a leading venture capital firm investing in and developing high growth digital technology businesses, announces that it has, today, published a circular to shareholders (the "Circular") containing details of the proposed amendments to the Company's existing articles of association (the "Existing Articles") and proposed amendments to the existing Investment Policy in connection with the cancellation of the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM and Euronext Growth, and the proposed listing to the Premium Segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market as well as to the secondary listing segment of the Official List of Euronext Dublin and to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin.
The Circular is available on the Company's website (here: www.draperesprit.com) and will be posted to shareholders. A copy of the Existing Articles marked to show all the proposed amendments is also available on the Company's website.
