Dividend Declaration

Dublin, 21 February 2018 | Further to the publication of the interim results for the six months to 31 December 2017 on 20 February 2018, the Board of Green REIT Plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that it has declared an interim dividend of 2.6 cent per ordinary share, to be paid on 26 March 2018 to all ordinary shareholders on the share register at the close of business on 2 March 2018. The dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution ("PID") as defined under Irish REIT legislation.
