Share Options

On 25 September 2012 EMI qualifying share options were granted over a number of ordinary shares of the Company (the "Replacement Options") replacing previously granted unapproved share options over the same number of ordinary shares. The Replacement Options have the same exercise prices and vesting dates as the share options they replaced. The Replacement Options have been granted as follows:

1. to Juliet Davenport, Chief Executive of the Company in respect of 189,052 ordinary shares of the Company exercisable at any time up to and including 30 April 2017 at an exercise price of £0.50 per share; and

2. to Garry Peagam, Group Finance Director of the Company in respect of:

2.1 58,824 ordinary shares of the Company exercisable between 18 July 2013 and 17 July 2021 inclusive at an exercise price of £1.00 per share; and

2.2 46,493 ordinary shares of the Company exercisable between 13 February 2015 and 12 February 2022 inclusive at an exercise price of £1.15 per share.
