Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

Correcting Announcement

Further to the announcement made on 16 November 2018 regarding the grant of awards under the Company's share option scheme, a total of 505,169 awards were granted not 400,144 as originally stated.

The notification below is made in accordance with the requirements of article 19 of MAR and provides further details, including as to awards granted to persons discharging managerial responsibility which has been updated accordingly.

Share Option Grant

Good Energy Group PLC ("Good Energy" or "the Company"), an established renewable energy company supplying 100% renewable electricity and green gas to homes and businesses, and providing FIT services for renewable generators, announces that it has today granted options over 505,169 ordinary shares in the Company ("New Options") under the Company's share option scheme, including New Options granted to the following whom the Company considers to be persons discharging managerial responsibility:
