The Board of the Company was informed today that Garry Peagam, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today sold 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 253p per Ordinary Share. His wife, Patricia Peagam, has today also sold 20,000 shares at 253p per Ordinary Share. Following the sales, Garry Peagam has an interest in 80,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.55% of the issued share capital of the Company.
