Director's Dealing

The Board of Good Energy Group PLC (the "Company") was informed today that on 17 June 2014, Juliet Davenport, CEO of the Company, exercised a share option to the extent of 10,000 Ordinary Shares (the "Option Shares") in the Company. The Option Shares were held by the Clarke Willmott Trust Corporation Limited (Trustee of the Good Energy Group Employee Benefits Trust). The option was issued on 1 May 2002 and the exercise price was GBP 0.50 per share. Following the exercise of the option, Juliet Davenport has an interest in 485,194 Ordinary Shares representing 3.31% of the issued share capital of the Company.
