T2 Income Fund Limited ("T2" or the "Company")

Proposed £20.0 million placing of new ordinary shares

The board of T2 is pleased to announce that the Company will shortly commence marketing with a view to raising up to £20.0 million, before expenses, by way of a Placing (the "Placing") with institutional and other investors (including some existing shareholders) of new ordinary shares in the Company (the "Placing Shares"). The Company's broker, Singer Capital Markets Limited, will be approaching potential investors shortly to arrange investor meetings which will be undertaken from approximately the end of September 2009.

The net proceeds of the Placing, if successful, will be used to take advantage of the strategic opportunities which the Board believes are available to the Company and more particularly set out in the Company's Interim Results issued on 3 September 2009. 

Application will be made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc once the Placing has been completed.

Further details of the Placing will be released following the completion of the marketing programme.
