Glanbia plc, the better nutrition company, announces that Hostelworld Group plc has today announced the appointment of Mr. Paul Duffy as a Non-Executive Director of Hostelworld Group plc, with effect from 2 May 2024. Mr. Duffy will also be appointed a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and member and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of Hostelworld Group plc.
