Goodwin and Mr R S Goodwin, directors of the Company, are interested. Purchase of shares from J. M. Securities Ltd.The purchase on 25th May 2006 of 4,464 ordinary shares in the capital of theCompany by J. M. Securities Ltd., a company in which J. W. Goodwin and R. S.Goodwin are interested, from the Goodwin family trust 'The J. W. GoodwinChildren's Trust' of which J. W. Goodwin is a trustee on trusts in favour of hischildren. The purchase on 25th May 2006 of 4,464 ordinary shares in the capital of theCompany by J. M. Securities Ltd., a company in which J. W. Goodwin and R. S.Goodwin are interested, from R. S. Goodwin. The transactions were off-market for an arm's length consideration of £5.60 per share. Purchase of shares from J. M. Securities (No. 3) Ltd.The purchase on 25th May 2006 of 4,464 ordinary shares in the capital of theCompany by J. M. Securities (No. 3) Ltd., a company in which J. W. Goodwin andR. S. Goodwin are interested, from the Goodwin family trust 'The J. W. GoodwinChildren's Trust' of which J. W. Goodwin is a trustee on trusts in favour of hischildren. The purchase on 25th May 2006 of 4,464 ordinary shares in the capital of theCompany by J. M. Securities (No. 3) Ltd., a company in which J. W. Goodwin andR. S. Goodwin are interested, from R. S. Goodwin. The transactions were off-market for an arm's length consideration of £5.60 per share. Mr. J. W. Goodwin and Mr R. S.
